DIRECTIONS TO RESET YOUR PASSWORD ON GENESIS

• If you try repeatedly to log into Genesis and are unsuccessful, WAIT 24 hours before trying to log on again.
• The following day, go to FORGOT PASSWORD link. Click on the link to have another Password emailed to you.
• Check your email and within an hour or less you will receive a new password and can try again to access the Genesis
  portal.
• WRITE DOWN YOUR PASSWORD. Save it in a safe place as it is very important for parents to have constant access to the
  Genesis portal.
• Remember to go to see all directions on the school website under parent & gensis to help you. Directions are in English and
  Spanish.
