Read and discussed the "Midnight Ride of Paul Revere." Assignment: Notetaking Guide for Section 3, due tomorrow. Quiz will be Thursday.

Watched some videos and discussed Martin Luther King, Jr.'s speech, "I Have a Dream." Students were given worksheet to complete to discuss their own hopes and dreams, due tomorrow. We will correct the Notetaking Guide for Section 3 tomorrow. There will be a quiz. We will also get a study guide tomorrow!

7B: Read and discussed pages 154-155 "A Spirit of Protest." Corrected the notetaking guide for Section 3, no quiz, due to Prayer Service. 7A: Read and take notes on pages 154-155. We will correct Section 3, notetaking guide and there will be a quiz tomorrow, Friday. Study guides will be given out tomorrow for next week's Chapter 5 test.

Quiz on Section 3 of American Revolution. Assigned the vocabualry for Section 4, and notes for the Second Continental Congress and the Patriots against the Loyalists. Time was given in class to complete the assignment. Also, a study guide for Chapter 5 test, which has been scheduled now for Thursday, January 24th.
